Technology

Smart Sensors. Predictive Analytics. AWS Cloud.

Industrial-grade IoT hardware connected to enterprise cloud infrastructure — monitoring 25+ data points every minute.

Architecture
Sensors → Cloud → Intelligence

The EMS system consists of capture/control boards and sensors communicating through WiFi to Amazon Web Services, enabling real-time monitoring and proactive alerts. More than 25 measured and calculated values are recorded every minute. All data is stored in AWS for analysis, trending, and historical access.

📡

Industrial-Grade IoT Sensors

Ruggedized, high-accuracy sensors measure pressure, temperature, vibration, and cycle behavior across HVAC systems — designed for 24/7 uptime in commercial environments with low power draw (<1.75 VA).

☁️

AWS Cloud Platform

All measurements transmit to Amazon Web Services in real time. Data stored for analysis, trending, and historical access via a secure, user-friendly web dashboard with email and text notifications.

🧠

Predictive Analytics Engine

Machine learning algorithms and historical trend analysis — derived from healthcare patient monitoring at Johns Hopkins — predict failures before they happen. Example: rising condenser fan current triggers a replacement alert before motor failure.

CRM & BMS Integration

Integrates with ServiceTitan and Jobber for automatic service order creation on alerts. Compatible with BACnet/IP and Modbus protocols for BMS integration without vendor lock-in.

Setup Process
WiFi Configuration — Step by Step

Connecting the EMS module to the site WiFi network is done through a simple mobile browser-based interface at 192.168.4.1. No app download required. The entire setup takes under 5 minutes.

WiFi setup step 1
Step 1: Open WiFiManager — Connect to EMS_Setup network
WiFi setup step 2
Step 2: Select WiFi network & enter password
WiFi setup step 3
Step 3: Save & connect
WiFi setup step 4
Step 4: Confirm connection & go live

Installation
Fast, Non-Invasive Installation
  • Modules installed using standard tools — no specialty equipment
  • Installed by EMS technicians or trained service provider resources
  • Equipment specs input to cloud at installation — builds live equipment inventory
  • No major modifications to existing HVAC infrastructure
  • Typical installation time: under 2 hours per unit
  • System goes live and transmitting data within minutes of setup
